If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We offer a full refund on the purchase price of our supplement formulas any time within 90 days for orders shipped in the United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
How to process your Refund:
To process a refund, please email us using our Contact Us page for instructions on returning your bottles, or email us at Support@viva-nutra.com.
Shipping Costs For Returning:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note, refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@viva-nutra.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Support@viva-nutra.com.
